You start on the free plan at no monthly cost. Paid plans can carry an application fee on the payments you take, and you can fold that fee into your prices so it does not come out of your rate.
Both build numbers are estimates, not quotes. They multiply the estimated hours above by common custom software rates, and they climb as those hours grow. A real build costs whatever your builder charges.
